Happy Birthday Cati!
It is so very hard to believe that our little girl turned 13 today. It really is true when people say “it seems like only yesterday”. It was a Friday and I remember that Gina and I left for the hospital around six or so in the morning. The day was long, but a lot longer for Gina than for me. At least I was not the one in labor. Gina was more surprised than me when the doctor told her she just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. We never did find out what sex the baby was during the pregnancy. Gina was certain she was carrying a boy, and so did most of the family. I just had this hunch that the baby was a girl. I am so glad that I was right. What a joy it has been having such a great kid who looks up to you. I am so very proud of her. She has grown up to be such a beautiful young lady.
