I’ll find out …It’s so easy to say “I don’t know.” It’s so much better to say “I’ll find out”. In our jobs, we are often the focal point for questions, many that we don’t have the answer to. It would be nice if Google could answer all our questions, but alas that’s not the case.As customer service leaders, our patrons love it when we fulfill their needs. At times our offices are busy or short on staff so its easy to tell people I don’t know. If we remember our customer service rules to “keep customers the priority”, that will encourage and help us to “over-deliver when possible”. If we do that, taking time to find out is not so hard to do.
