Many times we may deal with people that may not be in the best of moods, or have the best of attitudes. It is times like that when a smile can really make a difference. Now a smile doesn’t mean that you always have to walk around grinning like a Cheshire cat! A smile means that you have a persona of friendliness, one that makes people feel comfortable, one that makes people know that you’re happy to assist them.
