Sometimes we cannot give our customers exactly what they want. 
Demands from overly aggressive constituents can sometimes back us into a corner, the important thing to do is remain calm and offer choices. 
By offering choices, we prove to them that the district is not only aware and concerned, but is taking the time to treat them with importance and relevance.
